Dear Pet Parents,

As the growing health concern across our nation continues to change rapidly, here at Kennelwood we are working to take all necessary precautions to prevent human to human contact to protect our team members, your family and your pets. We will continue to follow the guidelines put forth by the CDC, local government and our pet care partners throughout the nation. Changes in how we operate will need to be made. We are making decisions to protect you, your family and our staff the best we can. These changes include the temporary closure of some of our locations to limit the potential exposure our team has to COVID-19.

Effective Saturday, March 21st through tentatively Sunday, April 5th the following Kennelwood spa locations will temporary close: HSMO, Four Paws, Chesterfield and Mason Lane. (If your pet is boarding with us through the Chesterfield and Mason Lane locations, we will keep normal business hours on Saturday 3/21, Sunday 3/22 and Monday 3/23 for Boarding arrivals and departures only. Beginning on Tuesday 3/24 pet parents will need to pick up and drop off their pets for Boarding directly at the Page & Lindbergh or South County resort locations.)

We are here for those in our community who need us, especially for those who are symptomatic, working from home, first responders and health care workers. Kennelwood’s resort locations at South County, Page & Lindbergh, St. Peters and Maryville will remain open for Boarding; however, we will temporarily suspend all day services including DayCamp, Grooming and Training. We will continue to offer all services to guests Boarding at these resort locations. Merging our staff and resources to our resort locations will allow us to keep staff employed and continue to provide the safest and healthiest environment for both pets and people. Some of our staff, including our Reservations Specialist, will be working remotely. There may be some delays in answering calls and returning messages. Boarding reservations can be made online at www.kennelwood.com. We recommend taking the time to complete our Pet Emergency Preparation Form. This form collects detailed information about your pet, their feeding and any medication needs. Having this information in advance allows our customer care team to provide an expedited reservation making experience in an emergency situation.

We value you as a customer and we appreciate your patience as we navigate this national health concern. We realize these are challenging times for our community. We will see this through together and come out of it stronger than ever. Please call us at (314) 429-2100 with any questions or concerns.
