Meet Taylor Beck, one of our dedicated Assistant Managers! Taylor has been part of the Kennelwood team since 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous career as a barn owner, where she boarded and trained horses. Before that, she honed her management skills in the hospitality industry, making her a perfect fit for the pet care world.
What drew Taylor to Kennelwood? Her lifelong passion for animals and love for hospitality made it the ideal match. “Every day is different, which keeps things exciting—plus, who wouldn’t love spending time with dogs all day?”
At home, Taylor has two beloved dogs, Luna, her senior Belgian Malinois, and Lemon, her energetic Husky/Cattle Dog mix. Outside of work, Taylor’s love for animals continues. One of her proudest accomplishments is the rehabilitation of a horse named Loki, who she rescued and retrained after years of neglect. After two years of TLC, Loki is thriving and winning horse shows in Florida—a testament to Taylor’s dedication and care.
In her free time, you can find Taylor enjoying the outdoors, hiking, soaking up the sun, or relaxing at home with a good book or some home-cooked meals. Taylor’s commitment to animals and her adventurous spirit make her a valued part of our Kennelwood team!
