Shelby is the Facility Manager of the Maryville location. She initially joined the customer service team in 2019. Her team and the pets in their care are the most rewarding part of her job. The love and care her team show for all of our kiddos is a direct representation of why she wanted to take on the role of Facility Manager to give them the support they deserve.
She has a Collie Mix named Luna and a Pittie named Maple that are her entire world! Luna loves napping in the office and you’ll catch Maple running on our treadmill in the training room. She also has two cats named Luci and Jack! They are pretty independent and prefer to cuddle up at home but do board from time to time.
Shelby’s entire life she has had a passion for taking care of animals and being a part of the Kennelwood team has just solidified her love for all furry friends. She is PetSaver CPR, First Aid & Care Certified and won Kennelwood’s Manager of the year in 2022. Graduating from SIUE with a degree in Mass Communication and Creative Writing, Shelby plans to continue to write her way into the heart of Kennelwood.
