Fun Fact
The Norfolk terrier, close cousin to the Norwich terrier, originated in East Anglia, England. By the 1880s were popular at Cambridge University among the students. The American Kennel Club recognized the breed in 1936. The Norwich and the Norfolk terriers were considered the same breed until 1979 when the AKC recognized the drop ear Norfolk to be a separate breed.
