What is the cost of Pet Matchmaker Program? It is a FREE Kennelwood Service as Kennelwood wants to assist you in making the best decision and lifetime commitment as possible. We want to be active in helping you live out your commitment and promise to keep your future pet safe, happy and healthy. Our Pet Matchmaker will help you keep that promise, with the pet companion perfect for you.

What to expect ? One call to the Pet Matchmaker and you will get breeder or rescue organization contact information, so you can get in touch with breeders or rescue groups that know about that particular dog or cat. You will get facts on the temperament, size, and energy level of the pet you are interested in. With almost ten years of grooming experience, Patty the Pet Matchmaker can explain how often your pet will need grooming and what kind of maintenance your pet’s coat will need at home!

How will the Pet Matchmaker prepare you for your search? We have developed a list of questions that you can use as a guide for interviewing breeders and learn more about the pet you are thinking of bringing home. We also have health information specific to the breed that you are interested in. This information will help you make a more informed decision and help you keep your pet happy and healthy for years.

Who else can help when looking for a new pet? If you are looking for a puppy for a specific sport, hobby or recreation, for example, agility, obedience or therapy dog; our Pet Nannies can come with you and assist you in picking out the puppy that will be best for the activity you want to participate in with your dog. Once the match is made, what happens? Kennelwood would like to welcome you to our community of matches made by Patty the Pet Matchmaker! Once you meet the “new addition” to your family, you will receive Kennelwood coupons for boarding, training and grooming to help you get started on the right “paw”. “Pet Matchmaker Pets” are also given a complimentary bath, nail trim and Spa treatment at any Kennelwood Pet Resorts so that your pet can get acquainted with the good life.
