Franchisees receive in depth, thorough training in all aspects of operating a Kennelwood Pet Resort facility. This will take place at our Franchise Support headquarters and corporate facilities in St. Louis, Missouri. In the classroom we will provide instruction on such topics as administrative issues, operational aspects, pet safety, client relations, sales, marketing, human resources and staffing concerns. The on-the-job, hands-on portion of training will have you actively participating in the daily activities at one of our corporate facilities working side-by side with our seasoned managers and staff and let you feel what it's like to be at the home of a Kennelwood Pet Resorts.
