All franchisees will receive in-depth training in all aspects of operating a Kennelwood Pet Resorts facility. Training will take place at our Franchise Support Headquarters and corporate facilities in St. Louis. While in the classroom, instruction will be provided on such topics as administration, operations, dog and cat safety, customer satisfaction, sales, marketing, human resources and building the right teams. The on-the-job, hands-on portion of training will have the franchisees actively participating in the daily activities at one of the St. Louis facilities. They will work side-by-side with seasoned managers and staff. The Kennelwood Pet Resorts is there to help with every step of the way.

As a recognized leader in the pet industry, Kennelwood has a strong reputation for quality and consistency. There are currently six locations in Missouri: Page and Lindbergh, South St. Louis County, Chesterfield, St. Peters, Ballwin, and O’Fallon. Each resort offers a wide variety of specialized products and guest services. Kennelwood Pet Resorts services include: boarding, grooming, training and DayCamp.
