Ever wonder, what your pet will do all day during their boarding stay at Kennelwood? We have the answer and fun for pets of every energy level. Kennelwood understands the importance of keeping pets socialized and active so we have created activities for both cats and dogs to enjoy daily during their visit with us!
For our social doggie guests with moderate to high energy levels, we recommend DayCamp. This is a 4 hour play session,where dogs enjoy romping and playing with other dogs their same size and temperament while under the supervision of a DayCamp counselor. DayCamp is a great way for your dog to get exercise and socialize all at the same time. Summer is the perfect time to splash with friends in the pools at Kennelwood’s DayCamp. Don’t miss the fun!
In addition, for our doggie guests that prefer more one-on-one time, we have Personalized PlayTime, where dogs may experience a 10 minute play session with a Kennelwood counselor. Dogs have the opportunity to partake in their favorite activity whether it is fetch, a quiet walk, a run or whatever activity they love most. Pet parents may purchase as many Personalized PlayTime sessions as desired.
Dogs may also participate in our Board n’ Train program where they have the opportunity to learn while at the same time, enjoy the comfort and amenities of our full-service pet hotel. The program allows your pet to receive one-on-one attention daily from a personal trainer, which gives them daily exercise and stimulation. Board n’ Train is a great program for those wanting to have their pet trained, but don’t have the time.
Another fun activity that dogs may enjoy when staying with us is Treadmill Training. This program is great all year round, and especially when staying with us during the hot summer months. Your pet can learn to run on a Treadmill and during their stay they can enjoy the luxury of exercising under the supervision of a Personal Trainer inside where it is cool.
Don’t worry we have not forgotten about our feline friends. For the kitties we include a daily complimentary Catnip TeaTime with their stay. This little bag of fun will be your cats endless entertainment during their stay in our luxury 4 tiered condo suites.
Both cats and dogs may also enjoy some pampering at the Kennelwood spa and what better way to finish a day of pampering, but with a savory treat. Remember if you get your pet groomed on the last day of boarding, there is no charge for that last day of boarding.
